Friday

It's Friday. The weekends are hard for me. I have time to work out and exercise but without the structure of a work schedule...I tend to over eat. Plus it's night out time. Overall it was a good week. I worked out four times this week but probably didn't do enough cardio.

I'm the same way on the weekends; they're not easy! I went to Chili's for lunch with my bro and had the chicken fajita pita and fries, and along with the goldfish crackers I ate this morning it takes me to almost 1,000 calories for the day and it's only 2:30! I need to be good at dinner. :-)

The weekends are ALWAYS the worst. I only manage to do well (weight loss wise) if I FORCE myself to exercise in the morning, Sat am and Sun am .... but the number of times that I need / want to do something else instead (like today I had to go back and visit my old flat to collect post etc) .... and then it gets too late in the day + other chores need doing.

Ho hum. Theory and practice are two different things!
